(LandsEnd Royal Fox x Evans Bram Stoker)  13.2hh 2003 Section B Stallion.

Providence has excelled in every discipline he has been asked to complete in.  Providence represents the opportunity for a breeder to establish a legacy based on this stallions.

Born and bred here on Mt Dragon, Evans Providence of the Night has rewritten the book on what a Welsh Pony Stallion can accomplish.  This is an outstanding opportunity to purchase a proven quality stallion.  He is a gentleman at all times.  He is well broke, enjoys any type of activity including trailer rides.  Providence is easy to hand breed and equally easy to collect.  His semen ships well.  He is healthy and sound and would easily go back into the show-ring.  Standing the perfect 13.2hh, he has the bone and substance, plus the powerful way of going many to today's Section B's lack.

As a yearling he began his show career with Tina and Annie Beamer of Wishbroke and Unbridled Oaks Welsh Ponies.  From his first wins at halter in the Welsh Pony and Cob Society shows he soon began drawing attention as he began winning at not only the Welsh Shows but also the Open Sport Horse Shows.  In 2006, his last year out showing he amassed six Supreme Champions consistently beating *Wedderlie Mardi Gras.  In addition, Providence won Ridden Championships and was completing successfully at Open Shows.

As a sire, Providence's foals out of Welsh and full sized horses have won First Premium in the Sport Horse/Pony Inspections.  He has foals who are doing well in Dressage, Three Day Eventing, and as Hunter Ponies.  In addition Providence has produced Supreme Champion Welsh foals.

Providence passed both his AWS and IRS/Oldenburg Inspections with high scores and great comments.

Coming out of retirement in 2013, Providence was shown by Sarah Kress of EsKay Equestrians in Eugene, Oregon.   Dressage is an excellent showcase for Providence's brilliant way of going and he soon had a fan club and was scoring well racking up some nice wins.  He qualified for the ODS and NW Championships.  In addition he completed at the WPCSA show in McMinneville, Oregon, winning 8 firsts in Performance Classes, a Championship in Ridden Pony, and a Reserve in Sport Pony halter.  (Scroll Down to find Providence's complete show record or click here.

Evans Providence has been inspected and approved to both the AWS and ISR/Oldenburg Registries.  The photo below was taken at the ISR/Oldenburg Inspection.

Providence has redefined the Section B and what they can do and accomplish.  He has excelled in the Welsh World, winning multiple Supreme Championship against the best of company in addition to going Champion under saddle.   Providence has been inspected with high scores with the AWS and the ISR/Oldenburg.  He is producing First Premium Foals in the Sport Horse and Pony world, and lovely Welsh purebreds include Supreme Champions.

Providence has put together an impressive show record.

In the winter of 2012 Providence went to Sarah Kress of Eskay Equestrians in Eugene, Oregon.  This is a summary of his season, written by Sarah.

"In January Providence attended his first outing, an open schooling performance show.   He placed with two firsts, two seconds, two thirds and two fourths, all English pleasure classes.

February Providence attended his first dressage show ever in a season where he would compete successfully at the ODS League shows.  Providence scored the first day a 59.4 in Training level test 3 and a 55.3 in First level test one. The second day he felt much better and scored a 67.6 in Training 3 and a 64.4 in first level test1

Over the next few months Prov consistently scored in the mid 60's. Winning a few classes along the way. Qualifying for the ODS League Championships. Even though I ended getting disqualified on the last day, due to the fact I was carrying my whip(shame on me), we still ended up in third place out of 5. The reason being that EVERYONE besides one person got disqualified for the same reason the last. day. I think that it was a jinx of some sort. After the league shows were over, Kathleen and I decided that Prov was ready for the USDF shows. Prov and I made the trip up to DevonWood Equestrian Center and wowed EVERYONE! Prov at this point felt as strong as ever! The first day for training level 2 Prov scored a 67.5 with a third place! Then for training level 3 he scored a 62.4 with a third place. The second day he scored a 68.4 in training level 3 with a third place! These were large classes too!

In May, Prov and I had some fun at the Welsh Pony and Cob show in McMinnville, Oregon. We placed with 8 firsts in Performance Classes. A championship in Ridden Pony. Then a Reserve in Sport Pony halter. It was a fun weekend!

In June, Prov was VERY consistent at the next dressage show with three scores of 66! with the scores Prov obtained, he ended up qualifying for both the ODS State Championships and the NW Championships. He did get one qualifying score for the USDF/GAIG with his 68.4 but he needed an other 68 to qualify. Prov ended up placing seventh out of 10 at the ODS State Championships. He did not place in the NW Championships but tried his best. This whole year has been filled with laughter, smiles and happiness with Prov! He had a huge following and fan club wherever he went. Prov truly is a once in a life time pony!"

Always willing and always spectacular, in 2010 Providence traveled to the IRS/Oldenburg Inspection held in Colorado.  There Providence wowed the German Judge with his consistently brilliant movement.
